Boredle Legal – Privacy Policy and End User License

This is an era of immoral corporations and sneaky, information-harvesting apps – the app developer wants to be different and respect your privacy. So, we invite you to read our straightforward privacy policy (provided below).

With the lawyers and app stores dictating how things must be done, we must also provide you with a software license agreement and disclaimer of warranty .

Privacy Policy

The app developer believes that companies do not have the right to spy on you or harvest your personal information. The purpose of 'Boredle' is to have fun, not to track you or get personal information about you. We will never share or sell your information to any other third parties.

This app may use your internet connection to store the game play data, but no personal information. This lets 'Boredle' remember your game play history. It also can help the developer understand how people use the app, so the game can be improved.

Once the game history feature is implemented, you will be able to see game statistics review previously played games. You will be able to delete all previous game history by going to the 'History' page of the 'Boredle' app. If you delete your game history it cannot be recovered, the data is gone forever. Even though the app is free, the developer has to pay for data storage. If you regularly use the app for the long term, we will try to let you keep and review the most recent twelve months of your games or up to one thousand game plays.

In the event that the 'Boredle' has a bug causing it to stop unexpectedly – Windows, Android, or iOS may send some information to the corresponding app store to help identify the problem.
